CIH Event - The South East Home Ownership Conference 2010

The South East Home Ownership Conference is taking place at the Arora Hotel, Crawley, Sussex. Now in its fifth year, the South East Home Ownership Conference attracts housing professionals working in the home ownership sector and in leasehold management from throughout the region. This event is suitable for Leasehold Managers, managers of mixed tenure estates or people with an interest in this area of housing management.

The delegate price includes a comprehensive delegate pack, the CIH publication ‘Promoting Homeownership’, all refreshments and lunch. You can earn up to 4 hours towards your CPD which is set to become compulsory in Jan 2011.

IRPM Part I Examination Preparatory Workshop - England / Wales

16 September - Perseverance House, St Andrews Road, Huddersfield, HD1 6RZ

For those unable to make the workshop in London, a one day interactive workshop has been organised in the North of England. This will assist candidates in the same way as the London workshop and help with preparation for the IRPM Part I Examination. Students are requested to prepare for the workshop by studying and having a thorough knowledge of the Residential Block & Estate Management Introductory Open Learning Course 2007 (OLC) which forms the basis of the Part I Exam. In addition to attendees flagging queries, attention will be given to exam technique to help reduce the fear factor.
