Legal Updates

This is a new section of our website which we hope will benefit members by giving information on recent legal cases and other important information upon which all members should familiarise themselves. We have initially provided commentary from Brethertons; our Honorary Solicitors and from Justin Bates; Barrister at Arden Chambers, on key cases which have been reported within the last few months.
