Much of the CEOs’ work is done electronically or via the phone alongside Board meetings. Jeff provides continuity at senior level for the Governors who are all unpaid volunteers. He aids in growing the IRPMs membership services and represents the Institute in public affairs and ensuring, in close conjunction with other relevant trade and professional bodies, appropriate involvement at all levels.
Caroline Mckinnon (Operations Manager)	Contact >>
Caroline is responsible for the successful day to day running of the IRPM communicating with the CEO, the Governors, Committee Volunteers and the Membership. She concentrates on maintaining a healthy institute and helping it continue to grow through her work in examinations, the RPM, the website and organising the AGM.
Julie Oyediran (Membership Services Coordinator)	Contact >>
Julie works under the direction of the Operations Manager and undertakes all the clerical duties involved within the IRPM. She is diligent and flexible dedicating her time to administrative work, banking and subscription enquiries. Julie is often responsible for liaising with the Membership directly to answer their questions.
