EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR A VERY CAPABLE BLOCK MANAGER WHO WANTS TO BE THEIR OWN BOSS. We are a substantial Residential Property Company operating throughout the North of England. We own and manage 550 properties with an annual turnover of £3.5 million plus. We have 2 blocks where we provide block management services. We are now looking to set up a new company to specialise in Block Management and are looking for an outstanding person to lead this project as CEO. The right person will have previous management experience in Block Management and be a self- starter who can demonstrate they have the skills and determination to set up and grow their own business with the support and finance we can provide. They key will be the ability to grow the business from scratch. We have very experienced management, admin and building teams and extensive experience of owning and running blocks of flats. We also have 4 offices in the North West and Yorkshire so can provide a base for this new business. What we lack is the marketing and network skills to create an online presence and go out and find new Clients. That is not a requirement of our existing business.
