We are looking for a Property Manager, full time, who can take responsibility for an expanding portfolio building further on the solid structure in place. Either individual units or blocks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lease terms and the legislation surrounding management, service charges, major works and ensuring safety compliance, contractor management, attending site to carry out inspections, leading AGMs. Be organised, motivated, energetic and with great communication, administrative and problem solving skills. General management skills, attention to detail, ability to write well and work to deadlines. Management software knowledge preferred. Other Responsibilities: Helping to chase arrears and keeping good accounts Identify incidents and maintenance issues and direct action where appropriate Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to Carry out inspections to ensure properties are well maintained and assess necessary minor and major maintenance and repair works Organising and supervising repair, maintenance works. Attending Annual General Meetings (out of hours may be required) Dealing with residents enquiries Responding to Solicitors enquiries and dealing with post sale documentation.
