Due to new instructions we are looking for an experienced leasehold manager to join our friendly team of three property managers and additional support staff. Our property managers carry out all the usual tasks on their specific portfolio of properties - budgeting, insurance renewals & claims, routine and major maintenance, Section 20s, directors meetings & AGMs, compliance, LPE1s. There is good backup from the admin/accounts team. We are ARMA members and RICS regulated. We believe in a good work-life balance for all the team, and we offer opportunities for ongoing training. There is scope for some home-working but this is predominantly a role that will suit someone who likes to be office and site based, as the portfolio will be based within 25 miles of Chichester.
