The Role
Are you an Assistant Property Manager or a seasoned Property Manager seeking an opportunity to advance your career in a thriving organisation?
We are excited to welcome a motivated Property Manager to take charge of their own portfolio of 12 residential developments comprising a total of 605 units in North West England. Our modern office, conveniently located near Monton in Manchester, offers a superb working environment. Additionally, we support a flexible working arrangement, with the option for hybrid work once fully trained, including 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities:
•Managing a diverse portfolio of 12 residential developments, totalling 605 units in North West England.
•Overseeing various leasehold management tasks, such as:
•Setting and managing service charge budgets.
•Conducting site inspections.
•Managing contractors effectively.
•Ensuring health and safety compliance.
•Handling insurance provision and claims.
•Supervising major works, including S20 consultations.
•Maintaining daily communication with residents.
•Organising AGMs and resident meetings.
•Building and nurturing strong relationships with RMC and Landlord clients.

Requirements:
•To qualify for this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:
•Prior property management experience in block management, residential or commercial lettings, or facilities management.
•Preferably AIRPM qualified or working towards certification.
•Proficiency with PC operations and in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications.
•Possession of a full driver's licence and a car (business mileage allowance provided).
•Qualifications Required: 3 A Levels A* - C or equivalent.
•Preferred: Degree Qualified.
•Advantageous: Previous experience with block management software like Dwellant and/or Sage 50 Accounts.
