As a Trainee Property Manager at Gateway, you will be guided by some of the most seasoned and experienced industry professionals around on your property management journey. You will be responsible for proactively managing a varied portfolio of properties. From assisting in the preparation of Service Charge information and Accounts, budget preparation and management, through to managing maintenance issues and liaising with customers and clients, no two days are ever the same. If you don’t already hold an IRPM qualification, no need to worry as you will be provided with all the necessary tools and guidance to set you on your way to becoming a fully-fledged, IRPM-qualified Property Manager. You may be required to attend evening meetings off-site and the occasional overnight stay. In return, we offer a competitive salary.
