IRPM Newsflash: MHCLG Publish Waking Watch Costs
MHCLG has just released its data on waking watch costs. IRPM and other stakeholders collated data at Government’s request, and it has been usefully summarised here. Property managers can use this to benchmark quotes for these services. Note also that MHCLG intend to circulate the data to leaseholders, so they too can benchmark costs being charged.
