Mundy – reaction from both sides and industry experts
The Sloane -v- Mundy appeal foundered yesterday and IRPM have been speaking with both appellant James Wyatt and Pemberton Greenish for the Sloane Estate. We have also taken industry reaction from leading solicitors, barristers and valuers about the case, and asked the question “what happens next? Their comments make fascinating reading, but one thing is clear; Government and the upcoming Law Commission need to look hard at this issue and change the rules.
