The Institute of Residential Property Management are delighted to announce their new CEO. Andrew Bulmer FIRPM FRICS will stand down from his current role as UK Residential Director at RICS and take the helm of IRPM at the end of October 2016.

“IRPM are now the default ‘go-to’ body for industry-relevant qualifications in the expanding residential leasehold and build-to-rent sectors" said Andrew, "delivering skilled, qualified professionals who are raising standards in an increasingly complex and demanding consumer environment.

I will build upon the fantastic work of Janie Strange and Jeff Platt, who were among the founding members of IRPM in 2002, forging an institution that is relevant, useful and great value for its members and their firms, working with Government and stakeholders to deliver better outcomes for millions of consumers.

I am also delighted to confirm that both Janie and Jeff will continue their involvement with IRPM for a while yet, further increasing our capacity to deliver on our strategy swiftly and surely.”
