Newsflash: Building Safety Fund Deadline Extended + New £30m Fund
MHCLG has announced the deadline for the non-ACM Building Safety Fund will be extended until 30th June 2021. Once invited to do so, projects must be able to begin on-site by 30th September 2021.

Government steps into the EWS1 process – forms, assessors and PII
MHCLG announce they are working with RICS, UK Finance & the Building Societies Association so owners of flats in buildings without cladding will no longer need an EWS1 form to sell or re-mortgage.
