This Professional Diploma is designed for members working in Scotland for a factoring business, whether a private company, local authority or housing association. The course will help you and your business to deliver a thoroughly professional and competent service to homeowners. Introductory offer - £595 - the price includes both the self-study course (access to the course for 12 months) and the examination.
On passing the examination you are entitled to apply for Full Member status of IRPM which permits the use of the letters MIRPM after your name.
Who is this qualification suitable for?
The course fee is £595 (introductory offer) and it includes one sitting of the final exam.
After enrolment, every learner will be invited to sit the exam every time new exam dates are released throughout the 12 months period.
All candidates are recommended to book the next exam date after your 12-month access to the course expires. If you DO NOT book the next exam sitting after your 12-month access to the course expires you will be required to pay an additional £120 to sit the exam. In case you fail the exam, the resit fee is £120.

While not accredited by SQA, this qualification has been designed at Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) level 4 (SCQF level 8). As such the Professional Diploma in Property Factoring is pitched at Higher National Diploma level, which in study terms is required to be, as a minimum, the equivalent of one full-time year of higher education. As a result, your performance will be assessed according to that expectation.
Qualification Timeframe

Learners can join the course at any time. Learning material consists of seven modules broken into a series of learning blocks and reflective activities to reinforce learning. The course is completed with a final exam, lasting two and a half hours. You will be invited to three sittings of the exam each spaced six months apart. You may defer the first two invitations, but must accept your final invitation or be subject to a fee to sit the exam at a later date.

The exam can be taken online from home or the office with no requirement to travel to an examination hall.
