This Professional Diploma is designed for members working in Scotland for a factoring business, whether a private company, local authority or housing association. The course will help you and your business to deliver a thoroughly professional and competent service to homeowners.
On passing the examination you are entitled to apply for Full Member status of IRPM which permits the use of the letters MIRPM after your name.
Who is this qualification suitable for?
The course fee is £595 and it includes one sitting of the final exam.
The final exam takes place twice a year and every learner will be able to book an exam within 18 months of joining the course.
If you DO NOT sit the exam within 18 months of purchasing the course, you will be required to pay an additional £120 to sit the exam. In cases where you fail the exam, the resit fee is £120.

The Professional Diploma in Property Factoring is pitched at Higher National Diploma level, which in study terms is required to be, as a minimum, the equivalent of one full-time year of higher education. As a result, your performance will be assessed according to that expectation.
Learners have access to the course content for 12 months.
Learners can join the course at any time. The learning material consists of seven modules broken into a series of learning blocks and reflective activities to reinforce learning. The course is completed with a final exam, lasting two and a half hours.

The exam can be taken online from home or the office with no requirement to travel to an examination hall.
