When we launched in 2013, our goal was to challenge an industry which was notoriously slow to adopt new ways of thinking. - An industry where competitive pricing or transparency were nowhere to be seen.
By taking a completely fresh approach to Block and Estate Management, our “get it done” attitude and simple pricing have won us multiple awards, and have helped build the Company to the success it is today.
We work on behalf of several different types of clients, from housing developers to residents’ management companies, looking after a wide range of different properties such as apartment blocks, housing estates, or commercial property such as retail parks or offices.
As well as physically maintaining these developments, we are also ensuring that our clients are meeting their legal obligations in areas such as fire safety, compliance, and financial management.
